The Stick Worm 5" is a neutrally buoyant soft plastic stick bait built for largemouth and smallmouth bass. To humans, a stick worm may not look like much. Bass, thankfully, give this bait a perfect 10. They’re drawn to its natural fall, subtle shimmy, and easy-meal profile. Cast it near a dock, weed edge, or laydown, and both ends flutter with no rod action required.

Use When
Reach for the Stick Worm in clear to lightly stained water, when you want a slow presentation, or when bass are ignoring louder, faster baits. Use a weighted hook for a quicker fall or a light-wire hook for an extra-slow sink.
How to Rig the Stick Worm
- Wacky rig: Size 1 wacky hook, or a 1/16 oz weighted size 1 wacky hook.
- Weightless Texas rig: 3/0 EWG hook, no weight. Best in shallow, clear water.
- Weighted Texas rig: 3/0 EWG hook, 3/16 oz bullet weight. Best in heavier cover.
- Neko rig: Use a nail weight on one end to adjust your fall.

A Note from Finn: Why I Chose This Mold
No bait shop feels right without a stick worm. I honestly thought I’d just get a mold and be done. Nope. The first set of molds I bought just wasn’t perfect, and that’s when I realized stick worms are really different from one another. Some are thinner, others have a lot of body curve or pointed ends. After testing my vast library of baits, I knew I wanted a worm on the thinner side so it gets to shimmying right away, with blunt ends for the most rigging options. I think I’ve landed on the best stick worm out there.
