Its heart-shaped twin tails wiggle while the flowing skirt adds flash and movement. How to Rig the Hula Heart
- Football head jig with a weed guard: Hop it through cover, then pause and let the tails and skirt move.
- Football head jig without a weed guard: Fish open bottom with a clean, direct connection to the bait.

A Note from Finn: Why I Chose This Mold
These baits are just fun. To me, they look like 80s hair band rockers. If skirted jigs feel intimidating or cost prohibitive, give these a try these were how I got into skirted jigs. I think you’ll love how much the skirt flares and the legs swim. I’m also looking to expand this line with smaller 2 to 3 inch versions, so let me know if you’d be interested in those.
